Popular Heartburn Drugs, Called PPIs Increase The Risk Of Premature Death
They Have 25% More Risk Than Other Drug Called H2 Blocker, Which Is Weaker, But Safer
Recently, a study suggested that certain heartburn drugs, known as proton-pump inhibitors, (PPIs) were related to kidney disease. According to another research, it might increase the risk of premature death. It has shown that its users had a 25 percent greater risk of premature death, compared to another type of popular drug, called H2 blockers, which are not as strong and require being used more frequently but are backed by 40 years of safe history.
